Steve joined Apex in 1998 with two decades of experience in the broadcast industry.
At Apex, Steve is part of a Senior Management team with responsibilities in new business development, billpayer transactions and all third party billpayer agreements, new media opportunities related to e-strategies, contract negotiations, marketing material development, trade show strategies and client development.
Prior to his joining Apex, Steve held a variety of senior level positions in the television news business including News Director, Executive Producer, Producer, and reporter. He distinguished himself by winning an Emmy Award and several journalism awards by the Associated Press.
In 1992 Steve left his journalism career to pursue an entrepreneurial roll in the launch of Dallas based, Electronic Graphics and Design, a company that specialized in assisting television stations with their on air promotion campaigns, image and branding. During his tenure there, Steve became a client of Apex utilizing its services to create winning solutions for his client stations and Apex Media.
Prior to his 1998 move to Apex, Steve was Senior Marketing Manager of Dallas based Video Post and Transfer and its creative arm, Hothaus Design.
Steve and his wife, Susan have 3 children and live in Scottsdale.
